These terms apply only to products whose name starts with
“Loose”.
1. Loose Item
Loose Items are products packed according to the quantity ordered by the customer instead of being supplied in a manufacturer-sealed retail pack.
2. Weight & Quantity
Loose Items are manually weighed and packed. A minor variation in final packed weight may occur due to practical weighing and packaging limitations.
3. Product Appearance
Product colour, size, shape, grain, texture or appearance may vary slightly from the product image displayed on the website.
4. Packaging
Prem Mart will make reasonable efforts to pack Loose Items in clean, hygienic and suitable packaging.
5. Return, Replacement & Refunds
Customers are requested to check the quality, quantity, packaging, and condition of Loose Items at the time of delivery.
If there is any issue with the product at the time of delivery, such as an incorrect item, damaged or torn packaging, spilled contents, or a significant difference in quantity, the customer may return the product to the delivery partner at the same time.
Once the product has been checked and the delivery has been accepted, requests for return or replacement of Loose Items will generally not be accepted.
Cash Payment: An eligible refund will be provided in cash at the same time.
Online Payment: The eligible refund process will be initiated promptly. The refund will generally be processed within 7–8 hours. However, it may take additional time for the amount to appear in the customer's account due to processing times of the bank or payment service provider.
6. Quality & Personal Preference
Differences in colour, grain size, aroma, sweetness, texture or similar personal preferences will not normally be treated as a product defect.
7. Storage
After delivery, customers are responsible for storing Loose Items appropriately in a clean, dry and suitable container.
8. Pricing
Loose Item prices are calculated according to the applicable quantity or weight and the selling price displayed by Prem Mart.
9. Customer Acceptance
By ticking the agreement checkbox during checkout, the customer confirms that these Loose Item Terms & Conditions have been read and accepted.
ये शर्तें केवल उन उत्पादों पर लागू होती हैं जिनका नाम
“Loose” से शुरू होता है।
1. खुला सामान
Loose Items वे उत्पाद हैं जिन्हें ग्राहक द्वारा ऑर्डर की गई मात्रा के अनुसार पैक किया जाता है, न कि निर्माता द्वारा सीलबंद रिटेल पैक में दिया जाता है।
2. वजन एवं मात्रा
Loose Items को हाथ से तौलकर और पैक किया जाता है। व्यावहारिक तौल और पैकिंग की सीमाओं के कारण अंतिम पैक किए गए वजन में मामूली अंतर हो सकता है।
3. उत्पाद का स्वरूप
उत्पाद का रंग, आकार, दाने, बनावट या स्वरूप वेबसाइट पर दिखाई गई उत्पाद की तस्वीर से थोड़ा अलग हो सकता है।
4. पैकेजिंग
प्रेम मार्ट Loose Items को साफ, स्वच्छ और उपयुक्त पैकेजिंग में पैक करने का उचित प्रयास करेगा।
5. वापसी, बदलाव एवं रिफंड
ग्राहक से अनुरोध है कि Loose Item की डिलीवरी लेते समय ही उत्पाद की गुणवत्ता, मात्रा, पैकेजिंग और स्थिति की जाँच कर लें।
यदि डिलीवरी के समय उत्पाद में कोई समस्या, गलत सामान, क्षतिग्रस्त/फटा पैकेट, सामान बिखरा हुआ या मात्रा में महत्वपूर्ण अंतर पाया जाता है, तो ग्राहक उसी समय डिलीवरी पार्टनर को उत्पाद वापस कर सकता है।
एक बार उत्पाद की जाँच करके डिलीवरी स्वीकार कर लेने के बाद Loose Item को वापस या बदलने का अनुरोध सामान्यतः स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।
Cash Payment: पात्र रिफंड उसी समय नकद वापस किया जाएगा।
Online Payment: पात्र रिफंड की प्रक्रिया तुरंत शुरू की जाएगी। रिफंड राशि सामान्यतः 7–8 घंटे के भीतर प्रोसेस कर दी जाएगी। बैंक या पेमेंट सेवा प्रदाता की प्रक्रिया के कारण राशि ग्राहक के खाते में दिखाई देने में अतिरिक्त समय लग सकता है।
6. गुणवत्ता एवं व्यक्तिगत पसंद
रंग, दाने का आकार, खुशबू, मिठास, बनावट या इसी प्रकार की व्यक्तिगत पसंद में अंतर को सामान्यतः उत्पाद की खराबी नहीं माना जाएगा।
7. भंडारण
डिलीवरी के बाद Loose Items को साफ, सूखे और उपयुक्त कंटेनर में सही तरीके से सुरक्षित रखने की जिम्मेदारी ग्राहक की होगी।
8. मूल्य निर्धारण
Loose Item की कीमत लागू मात्रा या वजन और प्रेम मार्ट पर प्रदर्शित बिक्री मूल्य के अनुसार तय की जाएगी।
9. ग्राहक की सहमति
चेकआउट के दौरान सहमति वाले चेकबॉक्स पर टिक करके ग्राहक पुष्टि करता है कि उसने Loose Item की इन शर्तों एवं नियमों को पढ़ लिया है और स्वीकार करता है।
