Estimated delivery time is shown or communicated after order confirmation. Typical local orders may be delivered on the same day, depending on store hours, stock, traffic, weather, order volume and delivery-partner availability.

Delivery may be free, charged or subject to a minimum order amount depending on distance, order value, promotional offers and operational conditions. Any applicable charge should be shown or communicated before final confirmation.

- Provide complete house/shop number, landmark, locality and PIN code.
- Provide an active mobile number and remain reachable near the delivery time.
- Location links are optional but may help delivery.
- Prem Mart is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect customer information.

If the customer cannot be contacted or the location is inaccessible, the delivery partner may wait for a reasonable period, reschedule or return the order. Additional delivery charges may apply to a repeated attempt where the failure was caused by incorrect details or customer unavailability.

Please verify the number of packages and promptly inspect products for missing, wrong, damaged, leaking, expired or spoiled items. Report problems as soon as possible with order details and clear photos where applicable.
